My service advisor was great. Gave me good advice about my car and also reassured me about my cars performance and durability. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was done in 40min max and the average time is usually 1hr and 30min

2025. Update: Phillip, Pete, and Terry were fantastic! Could not ask for a better crew to work with! Second Volkswagen of many more in the future!! 12/10 2021. Dmitry Gonchar. 11/10. Went in to look at a Subaru and came out with an atlas. Much better choice in the end. Deal was made on the spot, everything taken care of smoothly. Took my car and drove new one home in an 1.5 hours.
