I had a great time at schumacher VW. My salesman Alex Jack was honest and got me into a new tiguan after working hard to get me the right price. I'd definitely recommend him, he was the best of the 8 dealerships I went to that day. Phillip in F&I was great too!

I took my car in to check tire pressure.The techs found a chunk missing on one tire.Rachel was my intake person and decided that the tire ought to be changed.tire was ordered and was to be delivered on Monday.I arrived on that day to find it had to be reordered.When I arrived the day later, the repair was done.Richard comped me with a gas tank fill and my car was washed.I have purchased several cars from Schumacher and am more than satisfied with the service I have received. First let me tell you Donna is very personable and very helpful and responsive I like that about her! I didn’t have luck after my 9 years at Schumacher on Northlake, I’d never had problems there until recently. However I’m thankful a friend told me to come here and I am thankful I have Donna as my service advisor she is much nicer than my previous experience at Schumacher on Northlake!
