Had to return twice after picking up from an oil change -- once because the dash showed a signal requiring "inspection" and needed to be turned off; and, then because the engine was leaking oil. Pretty frustrating! But, the people who assisted each time were very professional

My boyfriend and I went in to see the Atlas on Saturday November 2nd 2024 and we met Damian our sales person. He took us for a quick drive and gave us some leasing numbers on the new car which were way out of my budget so we walked over to Volvo to see our friend Theo. We told him of the numbers we received and he walked us back to VW and told the sales manager Pete that we were his friends and to try and help us out, Pete gave us some new leasing numbers and they still didn't fit my budget. We now walked over to your Infinity store and was $20 monthly away on a new SUV there. Back to VW again more new numbers from Pete, still not where we needed to be so we drove back to Boynton Beach. We spent the whole day at your store only to have Theo from the Volvo call me and ask what happened, Pete now calls me at 7 at night and says he will do the deal if I come back n tonight. So we did.... Such a waste of time and energy all day negotiating over nothing.. We took delivery of the car it was FILTHY dirty, the glass wasn't touched, there were still stickers on the rims, foot prints on the backs of the seats, so disappointing to say the least. Well I was supposed to have my equity check of $4000.00 by the 5th or 6th the latest, only to have Pete the sales manager call me on the 6th and say they did the paperwork wrong that I had to come back in and resign everything again and wait another week for my check. Thats when I've had enough!!! Pete got my check signed and delivered to me in Boynton and I came in the next day for a full detail. The car still looked terrible, Damian your sales guy could care less, he handed me my keys and dismissed me, never heard from him once since the sale to see how the car was, if I had any questions or even to say thank you for my business. This was my first new car in 7 years and the worst experience ever. You guys have no business representing such a fine brand like VW.
