I pulled up just before 8am (I had an 8 am appointment) and was taken right away. My service manager was Jesse and he was great. I waited for my car in nice surroundings. What more can you want.

I had the best experience at VW. The location was well kept and clean. Everyone, even the people who weren’t directly helping me were kind and greeted me or offered a friendly smile. The service was wonderful, especially with the help of Jared Ragosta. With Jareds knowledge and experience, he made the car buying process simple and smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. At the end, Jared even took the time to sit with me and help me pair my phone to the car, as well as walking me through each of the cars features and settings, and tailoring them to my own specifications. My entire experience at Schumacher VW really was exceptional. Big thanks to Jared and all others who helped in the process!
