Sales Representative was calm & not pushy throughout the process. His manager also provided him with the freedom to negotiate both on the price of the new vehicle & concerning the value of my previous Jetta. This was in stark contrast to my experience with two other (non VW) dealerships In the days preceding the one where I purchased a new vehicle. Well I would’ve liked the representative to take more time to show me how the infotainment system works it was a positive experience overall. The financing aspect of the purchase was also relatively painless, and the financing representative explained the process patiently and competently, providing sensible reasons & responses for all questions asked.

Service is prompt Appointments are kept as stated Personnel are courteous and knowledgeable. My disappointment was stated in My survey for Schumacher Lincoln included my opinion about the 3% Surcharge on other than debit or checks. My distaste is exacerbated by my spending approx. $800 in Lincoln Delray and VW WPB. The service depts are highly profitable and if you feel it necessary to add 3% don’t run it in my face, raise your prices - if your back end profit centers are not profitable enough!

Greatest buying experience! You don't usually find that salesmen listen to you, they just push to get the sale. This is not the case here. Our salesmen was very attentive and helpful.
