    I was greeted and welcomed by Service Advisor Dwane Jackman. He was polite, professional and brought me inside immediately to assist in expediting my visit since I was waiting at the dealership. Dwane checked the history of my vehicle informing me what needed to be done and then invited me to relax in the service waiting area. Not long thereafter I received a call that my vehicle was ready and he explained the work order and everything was performed. I do hope that VW will notify his Supervisor of his job well done and tell him thank you again from me.

    The entire VW service team is amazing in ensuring quality customer service and service repairs. I was welcomed upon my arrival by Paul, escorted to the service area, and greeted with a welcoming smile by Rachel. A special shout out to Rachel for making sure the recall repair was completed quickly and timely for my 2019 Jetta GLI. Rachel kept me informed of the progress so that I was able to retrieve my vehicle the same day. Thank you Rachel and service team for always going the extra mile. I have always had a wonderful experience with every annual service maintenance experience.

    Finance had the price almost $1k more than it should have been. I pointed it out and he changed it after stepping away to make a call. The price should’ve been correct because I never negotiated any lower price than what was advertised. I felt like they were trying to rip me off for an extra thousand. He snuck in a prepaid service plan 3yr/30k. He never read line by line for me and explained anything. I didn’t realize it till I got home. Me and my salesman went for a quick ride down a side street, but other than that, he never really pointed out any features or showed me how to work anything. When I got in the car, I couldn’t lower the AC I had to call him. I did text my salesman to ask him about the cars warranty, but he never called me back. Other than those disappointing aspects, they were both polite to me.
