Prices were outrageous. My daughter was the one who brought the vehicle in. $415 to simply replace a battery? $218 for the battery itself? Seriously? It feels like your service team took advantage of an inexperienced young adult.

Richard Haidacher, Service Manager, has made all the difference in Schumacher WPB dealership. Prior to Richard becoming MGR, the wait time to get an appointment (for a disabled vehicle) was weeks out. Previous Manager was also rude and unprofessional. Richard is exceptional in understanding and resolving problems expeditiously. Donna Skoda, long time Service Representative is also a huge asset to this Service Department.
