My car was serviced over several days. I was informed by your service department of their progress. Pleasant, and prompt service.

Problem was diagnosed incorrectly. My wife just got stuck on a busy road and we’re not happy about the entire experience. Never received updates on the situation until I had to call on the status and it’s still not taken care of! Not happy with the service department at all.

I absolutely loved my experience here! I did not feel pressured, my sales representative Jared and finance guy Terri I believe was amazing. They understood my wants and needs and got me in and out in 2 to 3 hours! I will be purchasing my daughter’s car soon from here as well!

My service advisor, Ovik, was very helpful, polite and quick. He kept me undated and took care of all the need of the car.

Xavier was very helpful in letting me know what was going to be done and about how long it should take. When my car was done he came and found me in the waiting area and all that was done and when I should bring it in next. Then he showed right to my car! He even made sure I would be able to back out and get around all the cars that were parked around and behind it.

Subject: Ongoing Service Issues and Poor Customer Experience with 2021 VW Atlas at Schumacher Volkswagen I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the repeated service issues and unprofessional conduct I’ve encountered at Schumacher Volkswagen, specifically at the Lake Park location, regarding my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. My vehicle has been brought to your service department five times in the past year for the same recurring issue: a misfire in cylinder 3. This issue began in April 2024, when my vehicle had approximately 44,000 miles. At that time, the engine began shaking and lost power while idling at a red light. I brought it in, and the diagnosis was a misfire in cylinder 3. I was informed that the cylinder and fuel injector were replaced under warranty. Despite this repair, the check engine light came back on in May 2024 at 46,000 miles—still well within the 50,000-mile warranty. The diagnosis was once again a cylinder 3 misfire. The issue reoccurred in September 2024 at 49,461 miles. At this point, I was told by Jacqueline Cannon that she would attempt to get the repair covered under warranty due to its recurring nature. However, I was later informed that the warranty would not cover the service, and I would need to pay out-of-pocket for a full tune-up—despite the fact that this was a pre-existing issue and previously covered under warranty. I authorized the tune-up, under the understanding that it included a 16-month warranty. Unfortunately, in November 2024, I returned again with further issues: problems with the evaporator, front/rear A/C, coolant system, and a completely failed water pump. By January 2025, the check engine light returned again—same issue: cylinder 3 misfire. Despite having diagnostic proof from a code reader, the dealership refused to take further action because the light was not currently on. I have reason to believe the code was cleared by Schumacher Volkswagen on Okeechobee, making it difficult for Lake Park to acknowledge the issue. Most recently, in May 2025, the issue reoccurred yet again. I took my vehicle to Schumacher Volkswagen of West Palm Beach for an oil change, where the check engine light was on and the diagnostic report again showed a cylinder 3 misfire. I was advised to return to the Lake Park location for service, which I did. At Lake Park, I requested to speak directly with the service manager. Instead, I was redirected by Jacqueline Cannon and Thomas, who spoke with the manager on my behalf. The service manager (now referred to as the service director) never came out to speak with me, despite my explicit request. I wanted to understand why the same issue has not been permanently resolved after over a year of service visits. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. Jacqueline Cannon has demonstrated unprofessional behavior on multiple occasions, including avoiding direct communication and providing inconsistent information. In contrast, Thomas has been courteous and helpful, and I appreciate his professionalism. The parts and service director’s dismissive attitude and unwillingness to speak with me directly further worsened my experience. Sitting behind a desk while your team misleads customers is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency and respect, especially after repeated unresolved issues and out-of-pocket expenses. I am now seeking further action regarding this matter. The recurring issue with cylinder 3 misfiring has been ongoing for over a year, and despite repeated service visits, the problem persists. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior displayed by key members of the service team.
