I was received on my appointed time, by Donna my tech specialist? not sure of her title. My car was looked at, diagnosed, and the work was agreed to. I had to leave the car, a Lyft ride was provided to take me home and return me the next day. For me, I would have liked a more detailed evaluations of the pricing. But o I love my car and enjoy the service at Schumacher. Overall, my experience was very good. A job well done.
