I had an excellent experience with the service department. Rick, the service manager, was outstanding. He immediately diagnosed the issue with my Atlas, arranged for same-day service, and took care of all necessary repairs and recalls. Although they needed to keep my car for the day, I was provided with a loaner, and everything was ready for pickup first thing the next morning. I couldn’t have asked for better service—quick, professional, and seamless. I’m so grateful to have my car back and running perfectly!
