Easy process. The service team was ready when I arrived and got me through my 30k service as promised. I was able to work while I waited, wasting no part of my day. Very polite service professionals, too.

I had the pleasure of working with John Joseph, and he was an absolute delight throughout the entire experience. Young, sharp, and eager to help, John brought positive energy and a can-do attitude from start to finish. This was my second visit to Schumacher—my first time was with Michael Solomon, a seasoned veteran—so John had some big shoes to fill.
