my car was in and out of the shop 5 times and finally on the 5th try, the engine was replaced, amongst other things. communication was mediocre at best. just an awful experience

It was the best service experience, I'm happy with everything the way my car was handled. My Service Advisor was very courteous as always, and very knowledgeable about the service. My car looked like new when I got it back. I also love the new VW Lobby, very comfortable. Thank you very much for everything!
