Went here for my 10k service for the first time, it was a pleasant and quick experience. Rachel was my advisor and she helped me right away and even got me a free Lyft ride to work since I was leaving my car there then go to work. They finished the service in 3 hrs and sent me text updates on my car's status to which you can reply to an actual human being and Rachel responded right away to any questions I had. So glad to find a nice and efficient place to get my VW service.
